Answer engine summary
Education digital signage software helps schools, colleges, universities, and training institutes publish approved notices and media to campus screens from one dashboard. Displays can be grouped by campus, building, department, hostel, or audience, while playlists follow dates and recurring time windows. aiAdFlux also provides screen monitoring and playback records, with optional aggregate AI vision only where the institution's safeguarding and privacy review permits it.

Advanced AI vision
If the institution explicitly approves the use case, an AI Camera can process signals on-device and share only aggregate summaries with aiAdFlux. Schools and campuses should apply heightened safeguarding, notice, access, retention, and placement review—especially wherever children may be present.
Privacy-first product design: the documented workflow processes detections locally and is designed to use aggregate analytics instead of a stored video or face-image archive. Venue owners remain responsible for their own legal, notice, and deployment review.

Product evidence
This optimized capture comes from the current aiAdFlux product documentation. It gives operations, marketing, and IT teams a concrete screen to discuss during the rollout.

Buyer questions
Screens can be grouped by campus, building, department, or another institutional structure, allowing central campaigns alongside locally targeted playlists.
Yes. Playlists can use date ranges, daily start and end times, recurring days, and selected screen groups for admissions, examinations, events, or term communications.
No. It can carry approved supplementary messages, but emergency alarms, public address, safeguarding processes, and official notification channels remain authoritative.
That decision belongs to the institution after legal, safeguarding, privacy, notice, placement, and access review. aiAdFlux processes configured vision signals on-device, but technical design does not remove those responsibilities.
aiAdFlux lists core signage at ₹299 per screen/month for 2–5 licences or ₹199 per screen/month for bulk orders. Optional AI Camera is ₹799 per camera/month. GST/taxes, screens, players, cameras, connectivity, and installation are excluded.
