Terminal zone control
Group screens by terminal, floor, concourse, gate cluster, lounge, or concession so each team publishes to the intended displays.
Airport screen operations
Coordinate every terminal screen without losing local control. One calm control plane for busy journeys.
Plan operational messages and commercial media across terminal zones, then give airport teams clear screen status and playback evidence from a single workspace.

Answer engine summary
Airport digital signage software is a central system for publishing approved content to screens across check-in, concourses, gates, lounges, baggage halls, and arrivals. It lets teams organise displays by zone, schedule different playlists, monitor device status, and review playback records. aiAdFlux adds an optional on-device AI vision layer for aggregated audience context without making the signage platform an airport's operational source of truth.
Relevant capabilities
The screen experience is purpose-built for this environment, while publishing, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting stay connected.
Group screens by terminal, floor, concourse, gate cluster, lounge, or concession so each team publishes to the intended displays.
Schedule welcome messages, retail campaigns, service guidance, and sponsor loops for defined dates, hours, and days.
Review online status, last response, current playlist, download state, and device details before dispatching on-site support.
Generate screen-wise media reports with play counts, timestamps, locations, and downloadable PDF or spreadsheet records.

Passenger services and retail
Field-ready public deployment · Airports
Treat the display network as part of a real visitor or passenger journey. Map each screen to its zone, define who owns updates and support, and keep authoritative operational systems clearly separated.
How it runs
Move from setup to measurable delivery in one operator flow. Explore each stage to see the real aiAdFlux interface behind it.
A connected operating model
The practical difference is not only the display. It is how content, timing, locations, evidence, and optional audience context stay coordinated.

Advanced AI vision
Optional AI cameras process audience signals on the device and send aggregated, non-identifying metadata to the dashboard. Use the trends to compare content zones and time windows, subject to airport approvals, notices, and privacy review.
Privacy-first product design: the documented workflow processes detections locally and is designed to use aggregate analytics instead of a stored video or face-image archive. Venue owners remain responsible for their own legal, notice, and deployment review.

Product evidence
This optimized capture comes from the current aiAdFlux product documentation. It gives operations, marketing, and IT teams a concrete screen to discuss during the rollout.

Adjust 2–5 CMS licences and the AI Camera count to see an indicative monthly software subtotal. Bulk orders are quoted separately.
Software estimate only. The ₹199 bulk rate is not applied here because order eligibility and minimum quantity must be confirmed with sales. Taxes, displays, players, cameras, connectivity, installation, and custom work are excluded.
Buyer questions
Yes. Screens can be organised into groups for terminals, concourses, lounges, arrivals, or other operator-defined zones, with playlists published to selected screens or entire groups.
No. aiAdFlux is a supplementary signage and media platform. Authoritative flight, gate, security, and emergency information must continue to come from the airport's approved operational systems.
The reporting workflow supports generated media play records by date range and selected screens, with PDF and spreadsheet downloads for review and campaign reconciliation.
AI vision processing runs on the connected device. The dashboard receives aggregated metadata rather than a video feed, allowing approved teams to study patterns such as hourly people seen and audience distributions.
Public pricing is ₹299 per screen/month for 2–5 licences or ₹199 per screen/month for bulk orders. The optional AI Camera add-on is ₹799 per camera/month. Taxes, displays, players, cameras, installation, and other hardware are excluded.
