1. Scope of service

aiAdFlux provides software, deployment workflows, and AI-enabled digital signage services for screen networks including malls, airports, bus stands, retail locations, and similar venues.

• The platform may include content scheduling, device monitoring, proof-of-play reporting, and audience analytics.
• Specific modules, integrations, or service levels may depend on the plan, pilot, or commercial agreement in place.
• Customer-specific statements of work, pilots, or order forms can add detail beyond this general site-level summary.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity that occurs under your organization account.

• Only authorized personnel should access the dashboard, provisioning tools, or admin controls.
• You must provide accurate contact information for operational, security, and billing notices.
• We may suspend access when there is suspected misuse, security risk, or material breach of terms.

3. Content and campaigns

Customers remain responsible for the legality, rights clearance, and brand safety of the media, schedules, metadata, and feeds they upload or instruct aiAdFlux to display.

• You must have the right to display creative assets, trademarks, music, and third-party material.
• Content may not be unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or designed to disrupt operations.
• Venue-specific restrictions, government rules, and airport or transit operator requirements remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Analytics and privacy

aiAdFlux is designed around privacy-first processing. AI audience analytics are intended to operate on local devices and deliver aggregated, non-identifying insight.

• No customer should configure the platform to store or export footage in a manner that violates applicable law.
• Customers are responsible for local signage disclosures, notices, and lawful deployment in each venue.
• Our handling of personal data submitted through forms and account workflows is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Commercial terms

Pilots, free demos, proofs of concept, and paid deployments may each have different commercial terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, quoted timelines and rollout estimates are targets rather than guarantees.

• Pricing, support windows, and service scope are governed by the applicable proposal or agreement.
• Taxes, duties, connectivity costs, venue fees, and third-party hardware are typically outside site-level pricing unless explicitly included.
• Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension after notice where permitted by contract or law.

6. Liability and termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiAdFlux is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error free in every environment, particularly where third-party networks, displays, data feeds, or venue systems are involved.

• We may update, improve, or retire features as the platform evolves.
• Either party may end use for material breach, security issues, or expiration of the relevant commercial term.
